Lung Cancer Is The Most Common Cancer Among Men and Women

It is common knowledge that lung cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the country. But, did you know that it carries the highest mortality rate? More people die of lung cancer than any other cancer.

The good news is that lung can be prevented in most cases. Just how can you can prevent lung cancer?

Quit Smoking!- Smoking is the number 1 cause of lung cancer and is linked to many others!

Eats lots of fresh fruits and veggies! A diet high in fruits and vegetables can not only help prevent lung cancer, it prevents many other cancers, as well!

I believe that non-melanoma skin cancer is actually the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the US.
