What is Immunotherapy and How Does It Work?
Immunotherapy is a relatively new form of cancer treatment compared to traditional methods, like chemotherapy and radiation. Immunotherapy uses outside sources to boost the body's immune system to fight cancer.
The FDA has approved its use in several different types of cancers and futher research is being conducted about it's effectiveness with other cancer types.
