Hate Working Out, But Want To Prevent Cancer?

The American Cancer Society recommends exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for cancer prevention. If you cringe at the word "exercise" check out fun ways for fitness in "Top 10 Ways To Prevent Cancer Through Exercise" You will have so much fun, you won't even consider it to be working out!
