Kudos to Condi Rice

Whatever your political party affiliation is, you have to give kudos to Condi Rice and her workout regimen. She has allowed a news station to film her workouts and is revealing her exercise regimen. Condi works out everyday, and well, my thinking is that if such a busy woman can find time to take it to the gym, then so can I!

By exercising regularly, Condi Rice is lowering her risk of cancer. Obesity plays a major role in cancer development. So, get out there and run, walk, bike, or dance! There is an exercise for everyone.
