Study: Breast Cancer Survivors Benefit from Lifting Weights

PattiGray.jpg A new study suggests that lifting weights may improve the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. 86 women participated in the study and were divided into 2 groups. One group lifted weights twice a week and the second group did not.

According to the study, women who were in the fitness group felt more self confident, stronger and generally had a more positive outlook on life.
