Former MLB All Star, Jim Lemon, Dead of Cancer

Former MLB all-star Jim Lemon died of cancer in his home on Sunday. He was 78.
Lemon was an outfielder for the Washington Senators for 26 seasons. He also was affiliated either as a player, manager, scout or instructor with other teams like the Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox. He began his playing career in baseball in 1948 and retired in 1963. He remained active in the MLB for another 20 years.
It was not announced what type of cancer Lemon suffered. No funeral arrangements were announced, as well.
