Angelina Jolie's Mother Dies from Ovarian Cancer

Marcheline Bertrand, the mother of Angelina Jolie, has succumbed to a long battle with ovarian cancer. Bertrand, also an actress, died Saturday. She was surrounded by her son James, daughter Angelina, and Brad Pitt. She was 56.
The family has asked for donations to be made to Women's Cancer Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai in lieu of flowers.
