Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. For most of us, it means spending more time outdoors in the sun. It also means we need to protect ourselves from the sun's harmful rays. The question is: What's the best way?

    I personally think that there is more danger in long-term use of sunblocks. I think the public has been duped by the pharmeceutical companies……..

    Moderate sun exposure is healthy and allows the body to build it’s own natural sun block.

    Sun blocks are dangerous, especially when the children are not showered or washed at the end of the day.

    I think we will see the ill-effects of these products in the near future…….parents beware.
