Definition: Dysuria refers to pain during urination. Dysuria can be a symptom of some types of cancer, such as bladder cancer and prostate cancer. Dysuria is not a symptom that is exclusive to cancer, and is likely to be caused by a much less serious condition, such as a urinary tract infection.
