Having unprotected sex raises your risk factor for catching a virus called the Human Papilloma Virus, or HPV for short. HPV has been linked to several different types of cancers, mainly cervical cancer.

Be sure to use a condom during sexual intercourse. It is your best defense against HPV, STDs, AIDS and unwanted pregnancy.
