A little exercise can go a long with with cancer prevention.

Did you know that when you are exercising, you are reducing your risk for many types of cancer? The American Cancer Society recommends exercising 30 or minutes, at least 5 days a week! The more the better! Exercising doesn't mean having to go to the gym to lift weights. There are plenty of ways to get exercise without 'working out'. Check out the "Top 10 Ways to Prevent Cancer Through Exercise" for some great gym alternatives.
