NO INSURENCE???THERE IS HELP!!

In 2010 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer, and had no insurance, and anyone who knows doctors/hospitals!!!!!! Knows they are not in the habit of helping the Uninsured , they won't take payments!!! And god forbid the have some knowledge about what or who or even how to help with get even the crapiest of health insurance!!! Well after a little research!!!, I found out in most states (PA.for sure) if you are diagnosed with breast ,or cervical cancer, or are even diagnosed with an abnormal pap smear that needs further medical test/treatments, you get free insurance through your state welfare office and do not have to pay anything to receive it!!! They will even take care of any medical bills three months prior to the day you apply!! All you need is note from your doctor saying it's medically ness. Then your insured!!!!!!!! Hope that helps ladies oh and make sure you pass it on to the doctors too!!!!

Pregnant after leep

Well I have been trying to get pregnant and nothing had been happening but a month after my leep I found out I was pregnant. So I'm a little afraid that the Leep may effect me but so far it seems it may have helped.

*HUGS* Sweetie. Don't worry at all. There is so much they can do after a miscarriage to make sure it doesn't haeppn again. They can test your cervix, test your blood to make sure you're not clotting or bleeding to much (some people go their entire lives not knowing until they have a miscarriage), and they can go the work now to make sure you have a success next time!!MY STORY:I actually have had a miscarriage. It was on Christmas day last year. What a horrible way to spend the holiday's huh. But, I was almost 3 months alone. At first, it felt like the worse thing that could ever haeppn to me. I mean, how do you say goodbye to someone whom you never got to meet. People said all sorts of insensitive things like at least you know everything works and you can try again . But, during a miscarriage your body has an excess of seritonin because it was creating more for the baby, so depression comes easily for most (including me) during and after a miscarriage until your body chemically adjusts which can take between 3 to 6 months and I took antidepressents to help. But, honestly, no one could console me, I was so upset. Here's what I did:I had a funeral for my baby even though I didn't have the body. I planted a tree to remember my baby. i named the baby. It was a way for me to say goodbye and make sure that it was never forgotten. It's also important to remember:You didn't loose the chance to know this person. I believe that you only lost the opportunity to see the baby sooner. The spirit will stick around for round two or the second chance.ALSO:my gyno said that almost 85% of women have a miscarriage their first time because their bodies aren't use to the process. So, you're not alone. People just don't talk about it like we should. TODAY:Today I am pregnant with a completely healthy baby! I just saw it on ultrasound yesterday!! it's so cute! My levels are normal. They know what caused my last miscarriage, so I'll have my cervix sown up a little farther down the line to prevent anything from going wrong this time! The doctors say that they are confident that this pregnancy will be healthy and normal. I am living proof that just because you have a miscarriage doesn't mean that you can't have a healthy baby!! *HUGS* You will be in my prayers though. If you need to talk, e-mail me.

want a baby

I had a leep done 7 years ago. I went for my six week check-up after having my yougest daughter and waited to get another pap does which was still abnormal. I had the leep done April 1st 2005. I have been trying with no luck at all since then. All my paps have been normal since the leep in 05 not sure what the problem is. I long to have a new baby I have even lately been smelling a baby smell around my house. No sure I'm scared and really want more kids.. Someone please give me some advice please.

Yes, you definitely need to re-test! This is an issue if the baby's feathr is Rh+, which is most likely the case. Your first baby could be Rh+ and when your blood mixes with that of your baby during delivery, your immune system produces antibodies against Rh negative blood type. Your baby is fine before 28 weeks and if you are really Rh- you and you never received Rh-immuno-globulin you will be closely monitored and may need exchange transfusions.PS: make sure you get the facts next time because if they made a mistake, they may not want to admit it for fear of been charged for malpractice.

Pregnant 5 months after LEEP

I had a LEEP July 2011 for CIN2 and fell pregnant November 2011. I am very nervous about preterm labor but my resident doctor is not. I havent even had an ultrasound yet. Should I be worried? Is this a normal concern?

try jot to worry

I ladies, I desperately wanted children and was worried that having been diagnosed with cin3 dyskaryosis in March 2011 and refered for loop procedure in April 2011, the doctors and specialists knew I wanted a child and told to wait a couple of months before trying to give it chance for.my.cervix to heel. Had implant removed in may 2011, found out I was 4 weeks pregnant in July 2011 and im currently 38 weeks, due in 2 weeks with my first child, had no complications with pregnancy and now just waiting on arrival of little boy . So try not to worry every body is different

LEEP

I had a LEEP done in 2007 and was terrified that I wouldn't be able to conceive after that. July 2009 I became pregnant with my son and went to full term- 40 weeks and 2 days! The trouble I had was that my cervix was not dialating, probably due to the scar tissue from the procedure, it took hours upon hours to get me to a 5 and after that I finally made progress and was able to deliver vaginally. Our plan is to try for baby #2 soon, I'm not sure how having a previous LEEP and going through labor and delivery will effect another pregnancy but I'm very optimistic! Keep your hopes up and depend on the Lord for strength!

When will it happen again

I was told in 2009 that I need to have the Leep Procedure done. Not only was I scared but I was very worried I will not get pregnant again. My husband and I have been trying since 2010. 1 year later and now it's 2012 and know baby. We do have two children but we want 1 more. I had our other two before the Leep.

Leep

I had the leep performed in '06. At that time I asked my doctor about having children. He told me that the concern was that if he had to cut off too much cervix, then the cervix wouldn't strong enough to hold the baby and would result in miscarriage. Since I was only 17 when that happened, he cut off as less of it as he could knowing that I wanted children. I've tried to get pregnant since 18, am now 24 and was at the point that I figured I couldn't get pregnant. Then it happened on accident. I am very nervous :( I haven't been to the doctor yet.

About the pain...

I had a LEEP done 1 yr ago and I felt a very strange, annoying feeling during sex for several months. It hurt a little but it was mostly just uncomfortable. It felt like something scratchy was in there!! Eventually it felt normal again, so hang in there if sex is uncomfortable at first. I suggest lots of foreplay to make sex last shorter time during the uncomfortable stage. Good luck!
