Cancer Brain
- It's real, honestly it is a reality. It's like living in a fog bank. It's especially tough when your family and friends expect a specific response from you - their years of experience with you gives them an easy indication of what to expect - and then you muffle your words, or they don't make sense, or when you say them they don't sound right, or you can't find the right word - it's embarrassing, but, with a husband like mine? He giggles first, then I have to giggle, and then he tells me what I said, and we giggle together - he then says, "Honey, that's one for the books". (He is a good guy.)
