Cut out gluten
- My brother ultimately died of BAC. Throughout his course treatment, he continued to drink beer. In my research into cancer, I larned that cancer cells have gluten receptors. My hypothesis is that anyone with cancer ought to cut out gluten entirely thereby starving the malignant cells of nutrition.

How I'm trying to prevent a reoccurence
- I try to get in AT LEAST 5 different colors a day in my diet. I make it a game - i.e. Red Beets, Green Spinach, Blueberries, Orange Carrots, and Yellow Squash and the next day it might be green asparagus, red pomegranate, Yellow pineapple, orange butternut squash and pink grapefruit. This helps me to eat cleaner and LEANER! Carry out is normally brown, gray or white and that's not a color on my menu.

- To me it should be a lifestyle free from fear that can contribute to a good quality life. Have a low diet and more fibre and fruits. And most important of all do more execrises like walking and activities in sports like swimming,golf and etc. Eat in moderation and drink more water especially akaline type and those enegized with oxygen and low in minerals like Quantum water. It should help in the prevention of cancer by improving your immune system.

- 1.eat lots of fiber from wholegrain products,eat fruits with there peels,pumpkin can be eaten with its peels. fiber has the potential of binding carcinogens excreting them 2.a glass (120 ml)of red a day wine reduces risk of cancer 3. exercise excercise and more excercise 4. limit intake of grilled meat because it promotes the development of carcinogenh even though grilling is a healthy cooking method excessively can be risk factor for cancer PRACTICE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

- I have had six mamo's since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of 2008.I kept every appointment and have asked friends about when their next one was.Some ladies are scared to have a mammo,they think if I have a mammo ,hat means I'm doomed to cancer,and that is not the case.I told them that it is a screening tool and our town just got an updated machine, and it makes it much easier and quicker to get through the process.I also ask women about there birth control and hormone replacement therapy and most say "it's the easy was to get through the hard part."I tell them that I lived through Menapause living in the desert and I had no meds at all. I also voted early on in my life not to take birth control pills and then used other options,I still got breast cancer. My family members had six death due to cancer. I swore I was not going to be number seven.

Preventing Cancer
- I find this advice superb in all aspects. Admittedly, I too am following ALL the different prevention rules, that is, excluding safe sex. I am not of the right age to have sex for I am waiting until marriage....my mother always stated the fact of how important marriage before sex is.
