Cancer Prevention
- I had cancer when I was very young (neuroblastoma) and also had two mild skin cancers removed from my neck this year. So, I am very self-conscious when it comes to my health. I try to go for walks as much as possible, I am an avid fruit eater and water drinker, and I do not smoke and when I do drink, it's very minimal. I also try to be religious about having fiber in my diet. There are so many small steps you can take to make a big difference!

Walking
- I want to avoid breast cancer, which killed my mother at age 61. So far (I started 7-11-96), I've walked 18,151 miles (on my treadmill; am on treadmill #4. They live short but productive little lives, with me). 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. I am 53 years old, currently.

Watch What You Eat!
- My cancer (endometrial cancer) is hormone driven. I'm careful of what I eat, and stay away from sugar as much as possible. Go on-line and look up what foods are alkaline and which are acidic. Stay away from acidic foods. You'll be VERY surprised to learn which are which.
